Cleaning of the systems.
The Emission Services team has over 50 years of experience cleaning glycol systems. We use Spiral X designed and manufactured cleaning trailers that provide maximum cleaning without the need for expense secondary heating trucks.
Field repairs
The Emission Services team has a history of repairing every aspect of processing equipment from beginning to end. Repairs can generally be performed on site quickly and efficiently. Knowledge transfer is paramount to the team. Every step is explained to the operators.
Performance reviews
Monthly performance reviews are available for every piece of emission producing equipment as required by the EPA. The emission services team has experience in keeping systems running with low emissions as well as documentation to prove it.
Burner safety checks and repairs
A good Glycol Dehydration maintenance program includes regular scheduled Burner Checks. We must maintain proper AFR to ensure flame to limit NOX emissions and proper Reboiler temperature.
Filter replacements
SpiralX offers a team of service professionals to help you maintain the glycol systems you operate including monthly system inspections including filter element changes to keep glycol purity high and to keep pumps running properly.
Borescope inspections
When required SpiralX emission services can conduct borescope inspections to check vessel internals for any damages that may occur and to ensure proper vessel integrity glycol sampling.
