Ambient Series
BTEX Condenser For BTEX Removal
- Available for warm, predominantly windy areas. Unit is not advised for cold conditions
- Used in situations when electricity is not present.
- Removable condenser sections for easy access and maintenance.

Forced Draft Series
Electrical BTEX Condenser For BTEX Removal
- Forced draft air via 2 HP fans for use in hot weather environments.
- Available cold weather sheet metal enclosures and electric heat trace for cold weather environments. Electricity must be allowed on site.
- Capable of 200,000 to 3,500,000 BTU/hr regen up to 99% destruction of VOCs.

Compressor Series
Vapor Recovery BTEX Containment and Compression
- BTEX collection pipeline must be present.
- 100% VOC containment by feeding the dried BTEX exhaust either into a pipeline or back into the system inlet for a continuous, closed condensing loop.
- Compatible with flares for BTEX destruction method.

Other Emissions Equipment & Add-Ons
Spiral X creates independent sections of our main units for add-on applications. If you have an existing condenser unit and decide to incorporate a means of destruction in the future, or if you require a liquid accumulator with advanced upset condition fail safes, consider our stand-alone combustor and separator tank units.
Our system structures are painted in house with the SSPC Surface Preparation Standard SP-2 & 3 for increased resistance to corrosion and other environmental elements. Available colors can be selected from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) color chart. PTFE flexible hosing is standard for pneumatic connections. Stainless hard tubing can be specified.
