Our electric BTEX emission system is made with all stainless steel, ASME stamped heat exchangers, completely manufactured and tested by Spiral X. All BTEX units are equipped with a Spiral X Governance Module to monitor units and maintain compliance. The Forced Draft BTEX system forces air past finned tubes via electric fans to create condensation in all environments. Electric supply capable of 230/480 VAC must be available. Regeneration capability ranges from 200,000 – 3.5MM BTU/hr..

Keep compliance with the Spiral X Governance Module, an interactive BTEX Unit monitoring system that stores and distributes Modbus information and all I/O data. The Module interface is accessed via an HMI screen, where users can control and monitor real-time data from Spiral X emissions control BTEX systems.
