Our electric BTEX units for emissions elimination is made with all stainless steel, ASME stamped heat exchangers, completely manufactured and tested by Spiral X. The Forced Draft BTEX removal system forces air past finned tubes via electric fans to create condensation in all environments. Electric supply capable of 230/480 VAC must be available. Regeneration capability ranges from 200,000 – 3.5MM BTU/hr..

Keep compliance with the Spiral X Governance Module, an interactive BTEX Unit monitoring system that stores and distributes Modbus information and all I/O data. The Module interface is accessed via an HMI screen, where users can control and monitor real-time data from Spiral X emissions control BTEX systems.
