TANK BATTERY VAPORS COLLECTION SKID
Tank batteries store crude oil produced from wells, usually stored near the production site. Overtime, increasing vapors from the stored oil can cause pressure increases. As the pressure increases, dangerous vapors may escape to the atmosphere. Therefore, Spiral X provides a 98% efficient combustor for upset conditions if the VRU goes down. Spiral X’s tank battery management skid captures vapors from the tank battery and destroys them via a combustor is an efficient and safe way to prevent the release of fumes.

- 35 GPM capable pneumatic pump to dispel collected liquid.
- Vertical displacement level switch with activation range to turn pump on and off.
- Removable combustor extension to safely exhaust 20 feet above grade.
- Profire 1300 ignition system for automatic electronic ignition. (A PF2100 upgrade is available if system bypass, combustor stack temperature monitoring, or remote control access from a PLC is desired).
- 12/24 VDC solar panel charger available for Profire charging.
