Spiral X BTEX systems are designed to redirect exhaust to a bypass line in the event of component/system failure. This prevents exhaust and condensate from entering the method of destruction during shutdown. If upset conditions occur and condensate ever completely fills the accumulator tank and enters the bypass, the line must feed into an atmospheric containment tank to prevent condensate from spilling out onto the ground.
Spiral X containment tanks capture BTEX condensate and automatically remove it via level switches, much like our accumulation tanks. While the size and effectiveness of Spiral X BTEX accumulator tanks rarely cause the system to go into bypass, it is always suggested that a containment tank is put in place for added safety during upset conditions. Spiral X containment tank skids are built and tested with the same precision as our BTEX systems for increased durability and reliability.
- Stainless Steel tank for better durability handling liquids.
- Level gauge alongside tank to inspect current liquid level.
- Raised exhaust vent for safe ventilation during normal bypass operation.
- Dual pump design available to accommodate pump maintenance/replacement without stopping production.
- Skid designed for both single and dual pump setups if upgrades are desired in the future.
- Atmospheric
