Our Ambient BTEX elimination system is made with all stainless steel, ASME stamped heat exchangers, completely manufactured and tested by Spiral X. All BTEX units are equipped with a Spiral X Governance Module to monitor units and maintain compliance. The Ambient unit uses the natural environment to condense BTEX exhaust within its array of finned tubes. Its function is dependent upon the surrounding environment and temperature. These systems are used in warm, windy regions where there is no electricity. For cold climates, please see the Spiral X Arctic Series or Shell & Tube system. Regeneration capability ranges from 200,000 – 3.5MM BTU/hr.

Governance Module
Keep compliance with the Spiral X Governance Module, an interactive BTEX Unit monitoring system that stores and distributes Modbus information and all I/O data. The Module interface is accessed via an HMI screen, where users can control and monitor real-time data from Spiral X emissions control BTEX systems.
